永和實業有限公司（永和實業）是香港戰後玩具工業與出口製造發展的重要代表之一。公司自 1960 年代起由塑膠製品及玩具製造起步，見證香港由輕工業生產基地，逐步成長為連接國際品牌、產品設計、品質管理及亞洲供應鏈的製造中心。多年來，永和實業秉持香港製造業重視品質、效率、誠信及靈活應變的精神，將產品創意、工程技術及客戶需求結合，建立深厚的玩具、禮品及精品製造基礎。
隨著全球玩具市場及供應鏈模式不斷演變，永和實業亦由早期為海外品牌提供 OEM 代工生產，逐步發展至更高增值的產品開發及品牌合作模式。公司早年曾為英國玩具品牌 Palitoy 生產 Action Man 人偶，即後來廣為人知的 G.I. Joe 類型角色玩具，亦曾與孩之寶（Hasbro）等國際玩具品牌建立合作關係。永和實業早期 OEM 客戶包括 Palitoy，並提及孩之寶以電影為基礎設計「變形金剛 Transformers」玩具；相關工業史資料亦記載，林亮先生於1988年推動孩之寶與永和實業在內地合作銷售變形金剛玩具，並在1989年取得出色市場成績。
今日的永和實業，已不只是傳統玩具製造商，而是結合產品設計、研發、模具工程、生產管理、品質控制、授權合作及品牌發展能力的綜合產品平台。公司以香港為管理、設計及品質控制基地，結合中國內地及亞洲區內的生產能力，持續為國際品牌、企業客戶及合作夥伴提供可靠、靈活及具創意的產品解決方案。
The Managing Director of Forward Winsome Industries Limited The Hon. Jeffrey Lam Kin-fung, GBM, GBS, JP
Mr. Jeffrey Lam has over 40 years of experience in the commercial and industrial sector, including manufacturing, business promotion, IT development and investment. He is currently a non-official member of the Executive Council and a member of the Legislative Council of the HKSAR. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Lam has been actively involved in public service in Hong Kong and the Mainland. He is currently the Chairman of the Panel on Financial Affairs in the Legislative Council, a member of the Advisory Committee on the Northern Metropolis of the HKSAR, a General Committee member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He was also the Chairman of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Complaints Committee, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, and a member of the Board of the Airport Authority Hong Kong. Mr. Lam is one of the first Hong Kong entrepreneurs to set up factories in the Mainland after the “Open Door Policy” in 1979, and a National Committee Member of the 11th, 12th and 13th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Lam was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 1996. He received the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2011 and the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2023. He was awarded University Fellowship at Tufts University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1997 and 2000 respectively. Commending Mr. Jeffrey Lam’s outstanding contribution in the commercial and industrial sector, he was awarded the “Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong” in 1989 and the “Outstanding Achievement Award–Hong Kong Toys Industry” in 1999.
Mr. Victor Lam Hoi Cheung is the General Manager of Forward Winsome Industries Limited, responsible for daily operation and managing marketing and sales activities. For the company that has over 70 years of manufacturing experience in toys and crafts, Victor has added value by bringing new product designs and innovation as well as boosting productivity. He also helps with creating IP, brand building, event promotion and acts as a licensor and licensee to the company.
Victor is a graduate of Cornell University. Grasping the trend of green and high value-added products, Victor has introduced environmentally friendly techniques to reduce his company’s carbon footprint, which has resulted in numerous awards, notably the Pan PRD Environmental Bronze Award presented by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries as early as in 2013. To help our future generation, the company has also worked with non-profit organizations to provide sponsorships.
Besides, Victor is actively taking part in public service in the Mainland. He is currently a member of Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference and member of the China Overseas Friendship Association. He formerly served as member of All-China Youth Federation.
